BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL...

How breathtakingly beautiful is this home owned by interior designer Pamela Makin, this Bungan Beach Cottage is in sydney's northern beaches...

Pamela's greatest passion in life is interior design and it manifests in both her house and her retail store "Les Interieurs"

Just stunning...A key feature of the cottage is a felled swamp mahogany tree trunk which sits in the middle of the living room...

A wonderfully relaxing space to be inspired in...

Featured throughout the house are collections of driftwood, pods, shells and sea glass, along with masses of white flowers, all of which complement the stunning design...

The seemingly endless ocean stretches out before them through floor-to-ceiling windows and is a dramatic backdrop to their decor...

When you enter the bathroom, you're met by a wall of green, the garden of lush plants that's displayed through the huge glass windows provides a beautiful outlook and offers total privacy...

How beautifully unique...love it! What a truly talented interior designer

The location is awsome and the destination is unlike most other homes...truly breathtaking!

Hope everyone has wonderful week! xx

TIME FOR REFLECTION

I have a love of mirrors ... so much so, that my walls are adorned with them.

My favourite being floor to ceiling length mirrors like the one above

How gorgeous is this image above...love the colours

How perfectly sweet, and must I mention the" to die for" floors!

Whether gilt or grain, make sure your mirror is the fairest of them all...

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

This is the Pantone Colour for 2011... Honeysuckle...tell me what you think?

I can't wait to see what designers have in store ...

How refreshing...works perfectly in an all white interior, don't you think?

And it goes stunningly with my favourite colours, black, white , silver and of course turquoise
This is exactly how I plan to infuse it into my home, in splashes!

How do you plan to bring this colour into your life?

HAVE A WONDERFUL TUESDAY!
